Steve Calles
Past District Commander - Army

He was born in Hilo, Hawaii on May 5, 1940, the son of the late Stephen Calles-Kaili Sr. and Annie (Foster) Calles.

Stephen retired from the United States Army after serving our country with dedication and courage for over 20 years in many capacities; Supply Clerk, Warehouse Space Supervisor, Equipment Storage Foreman Material storage Supervisor, and Senior Supply Sergeant.

After retiring from the Army, Stephen worked as a Supply Clerk at the Tobyhanna Army Depot in Tobyhanna until retiring.

He was a member of the former St. Ann’s Catholic Church to Tobyhanna, and an active member of the VFW Post 509 in Tobyhanna where he served as Past Commander and Past Commander of District 20.

He was also an active member of the American Legion Post 274 in Gouldsboro, PA.
